Snoqualmie Falls is located just outside Seattle, in the town of Snoqualmie.  An underground power plant, built in the 1890s, operates behind the 270 foot water fall.

After our recent trip to Seattle I ended up with thousands of photos documenting our few days there.  This is just the first of many that you'll see over the next few weeks.

Here you can see the Experience Music Project | Science Fiction Museum, designed by architect, Frank Gehry.  Paul Allen, of Microsoft fame, built the structure to house his extensive collection of Rock & Roll, and Science Fiction memorabilia.  The short metro train of Seattle runs through the building, and the Space Needle peeks up in the background.
