PictoDroid is a new web app that I've been working on to help me manage my HDR work flow and to help me share more of what I shoot. Read on to learn more about it and to find out how you can help.
PictoDroid is a new web app that I've been working on to help me manage my HDR work flow. It's also designed to let more people see more of my photos. After a shoot I can end up with hundreds of images, from which I usually pick just a few that I will really polish up and post to my blog. PictoDroid is the place where you can find absolutely everything from a given shoot if you're so interested.
You can help!
PictoDroid is equipped with a ratings system so that you can rate your favorite pictures to help me find the good ones that I should be polishing up. Check the "about" page on PictoDroid to learn more about the whole idea. The short story is that you should create an account or connect with your Facebook account and start rating some photos. Please!?
I'm also looking for a few adventurous people who would be interested in beta testing the service from a photographers perspective. Let me know if you fit the bill.
What can you find there?
At the moment you can find 27 galleries from the Norman Music Festival and 1 gallery from the recent webEprint tornado chasing trip with TornadoVideos.net. (If you haven't see it yet, you may also want to check out the new Chase Blog that we're doing for TVN.)
Anyway, please click on over, dig around a little bit and leave a rating or two. Also, I'd love to hear any questions/suggestions that anyone has. Don't be shy.
